Mencia turns 3!

I made the first cake for Mencia when she was still in her mommy's belly! It was for her baby shower! Now she is turning 3 and has even chosen the color of the frosting herself! 

Can't mess with a girl, she knows what she wants!!

I had been wanting to try this recipe for a while now and St. Patrick's Day finally gave me an excuse! 

Guiness Stout Chocolate Cupcakes.....

Covered with Baileys Irish Cream Buttercream and gold sprinkles.....

Filled with Jameson Irish Whiskey Ganache!!!!

Now that's why I needed this holiday to come already!!

El Cumple de Pía!

Hoy una niñita Pía cumplió 6 años! Sus amigos disfrutaron de una tarta de limón con relleno de crema de limón cubierta con nata montada y fresas muy frescas! Su mamá se la llevo al cole para compartirla con todos!

Feliz Cumple Inés!

La pequeña Inés cumplió 1 año y su mamá me pidió una tarta en forma de "1" decorada con chuches.  Esta tarta es de chocolate con la cobertura del clásico "buttercream" americano.  Encontré estos ositos grandes para los laterales de la tarta.  Quedo muy bonita con todos los colores!

Y por supuesto mini cupcakes de chocolate con el "buttercream" de colores para combinar!

Y después empecé a jugar con la cámara...que efectos mas interesantes!!
