Even though in our town Halloween was postponed 3 times because of Super Storm Sandy, then the snow....we still have cupcakes!!

We've Moved.....from Madrid to Darien, CT, USA!!

Over the summer, Cupcaking has relocated to Darien, Connecticut!

We were very sad to leave Madrid but excited to start a new venture in the world of baking in the US.

A Cake for Alejandro's Baptism

A very special repeat client ordered this cake for her nephew's baptism.  

Their family just loves the carrot cake!! 

I piped the frosting on to give it a light, airy and cloud-like texture.

This was a very simple yet elegant cake for the event.

Someone's Turning 40!!!

Not to worry, now 40 is the new 30 as they say!  When I was growing up 40 was "Over the Hill!" 

Glad it's not so anymore, as I see myself approaching the big 4-0 in the not so distant future!!
